  1. Choose Classic, Blind, or Chaos mode and select a position when the mode allows it.
  2. Spin a legendary or current team-season and choose one player from its roster.
  3. Lock one unused attribute from that player. A player can only be used once in a build.
  4. Fill all 13 attributes, reveal your overall rating, spin a career team, and begin the season.
  5. Simulate or watch games, track the standings and awards, then play through the Play-In and playoffs.

Classic shows your position and every rating. Blind keeps the ratings hidden until your build is complete. Chaos also hides your randomly assigned position, so positional fit is only revealed at the end.
